I am unable to load properly on MK2 only 4 buttons lights up and nothing works... plz help!!

Hi there! I'm newbie in MIDI FIGHTER controller, pls tell me - what MIDI FIGHTER MAP means ? which functions are on this buttons ? also pls tell me - can I switch between 2 decks easily, or I need to map this function on my laptop keyboard ?
