DDJ-SZ v1.0.0 Rekordbox - Color FX improvements - DJ Estrela

This is a modification of the native Rekordbox DDJ-SZ mapping, with several useful features that I use every time on my sets.

Main feature is Color FX parameter and more Color Fxs.
Other features is keyboard mode and random video transitions.

 0:50 - New Color FX: Crush, Dub Echo, Noise, Filter with resonance

 1:40 - ColorFX parameter for filter resonance (like DJM-900NX2)

 3:20 - How to disable the OSC buttons

 4:30 - Beatjump usage

 5:15 - Keyboard mode (like DDJ-1000)

 6:10 - VideoFX transition (both random and sequential)

I also tested parts of this mapping with the DDJ-RZX.

to map the color FX parameter in the DDJ-1000 in rekordbox: a) using the mouse: see 12:09 of this video https://youtu.be/PyHq4kSupHw b) using midi mapping for Mic EQ Low: 1. Go to the MIDI screen and export your current mapping 2. Open this mapping in a text editor 3. Add new a line at the end of the file: CFXSubParameter,CFXSubParameter,KnobSliderHiRes,B60F,,,,,,,,,,Fast;,CFX sub parameter 4. Save your new mapping and import it back in to the MIDI screen If you want to use the SAMPLE VOLR button use this instead: CFXSubParameter,CFXSubParameter,KnobSliderHiRes,B603,,,,,,,,,,Fast;,CFX sub parameter NOTE: This control still won't appear in the MIDI list screen but it will work source: Paul Sayer

interested in a very small unit that unlocks DVS and has full mapping capabilities? please have a look at my 2019 AMX mapping for TP3, which is the best way to unlock DVS.
