First version of this mapping.

I've left quite a few secondary functions blank and haven't mapped anything to the sample pads in the centre.

Most controls operate as they are labelled.

Shift & Play will perform a deck brake.

Shift & Sync will perform a turntable power off action.

Shift & Cue will perform a Cue/Play action

The beats rotary will control how long the auto-loop length is.

The knobs for the 3 FX are controlling the main parameter only currently.
