Kontrol Z2 Serato Dj
Description and Instructions
This is my mapping for the NI Kontrol Z2. Everything works pretty much as labeled in the mixer. with a few tricks like Shit+deck=duplicate
Shift+FX on/off is Tap tempo for FX.
For installation:
You will need NI's controller editor.
Install the NCK file there
Install the XML on the Serato midi folder
open Controller editor select the mapping
Open Serato and load the midi mapping.

Hi, I downloaded the mapping file and the xml file but when I open the searto, the MIDI function is not available and also the z2 mapping file won't open in the control editor Need help Thank you

I'm also having issues with the midi function being unavailable in serato. is there a workaround?

Hey! Hi! Sorry you are having issues. Did you install the controller editor? I had some issues after installed os catalina, when the controller would not get into midi mode. The Solution is this: Open Controller editor. Make sure the Kontrol Z2 is in midi mode and in the mapping profile you are going to use. Once you have this Open Serato and it should be loaded. If Is nit loaded you'll have to add it on the midi profiles tab inside serato. Let me know if you need more help. Peace!
