I'm sharing my personal SP1 mapping for Traktor Scratch Pro 2. But I think it should be fine on Traktor Pro 3 as well.

The mapping is quite straight forward:

(On SP1) = (In Traktor)

FX knobs/buttons = FX knobs/buttons (Hold SHIFT for FX select on knobs & FX mode on TAP button.)

FX assigns = FX assigns (1=A, 2=B, 3=C, 4=D & each vertical line for each unit.)

3 & 4 = C & D (Wich deck each SP1 side is controlling, left is A or C, right is B or D.)

SYNC = ABSOLUTE (Hold SHIFT for MASTER DECK assign.)

SLIP = FLUX (Hold SHIFT for RELATIVE.)

CENSOR = Nothing (Hold SHIFT for INTERNAL.)

PARAMETER buttons are for respective Pad Modes...

AUTO LOOP (Scroll) = LOOP SIZE (Hold SHIFT for BEATJUMP/LOOP MOVE.)

AUTO LOOP (Press) = LOOP SET (Hold SHIFT for ACTIVE LOOP.)

BROWSE (Scroll) = BROWSE list (Hold SHIFT for BROWSE tree.)

BROWSE (Press) = Full screen browse on/off (Hold SHIFT for OPEN/CLOSE in the tree.)

LOAD buttons = LOAD selected track to corresponding deck.

Pad Modes...

HOT CUE = HOT CUES (Hold SHIFT to delete.) Parameter buttons make KEY adjustments, press both buttons to reset.

ROLL = MOVE (Holding SHIFT does nothing.) First quadrant let you choose mode between BEAT JUMP, LOOP, LOOP IN & LOOP OUT, as according to SP1 markings as possible. Top 2 right pads edits the MOVE SIZE & bottom 2 right pads engages MOVE.

SLICER = [Customized pitch play.] When the deck has playback, the 0 pad will flash on beat. Hold SHIFT to choose wich HOT CUE you want to pitch play. Pressing a pad will engage chosen HOT CUE & edit KEY at the same time. Parameter buttons will increase or decrease the scale, 0 pad will always flash on playback.

SAMPLER = [Same remix deck control on every page.] Parameter buttons choose between first 4x2 remix cells or the 4x2 below. So left & right side can have different samples, but keep in mind that samples in the same slot can't play simultaneously. Hold SHIFT & top pad row will be slot FX assign & bottom pad row will be slot mute buttons.
