This zip file contains two mappings.  One for a left side, as Channel A is the primary controls with secondary controls for Channel C.  The second is for the right side; B as primary and D as secondary.  This will be a work in progress as I tweak the controls and alter the mapping as I use it.  More detailed description coming soon.
