Basic Traktor map for NS6ii - 2 decks
Description and Instructions
A very basic map for the NS6ii. This is very bare bones and please note that I created this based on what I need when DJing, which is very little. Each number given below corresponds to the number appearing in the image:
- What works
Platters:
Work as intended for both platter. Jog touch enabled for each deck on the respective platter.
Decks:
Deck A has been assigned to channel 1 and play, cue, sync, tempo adjust, keylock buttons work on the left part of the controller
Play: 19, left side
Cue: 20, left side
Sync: 21, left side
Tempo adjust: 39, left side
Keylock: 22, left side
Deck B has been assigned to channel 2 and play, cue, sync, tempo adjust, keylock buttons work on the left part of the controller
Play: 19, left side
Cue: 20, left side
Sync: 21, left side
Tempo adjust: 39, left side
Keylock: 22, left side
Strip search works for both decks (24 on both sides)
Mixer:
Crossfader works as intended
Deck A VU meter: 8, channel 1
Deck B VU meter: 8, channel 2
Master volume: 7, channel 4 (the red master volume button on the controller is not mappable)
Deck A gain: 7, channel 1
Deck A high adjust: 9, channel 1
Deck A mid adjust: 10, channel 1
Deck A low adjust: 11, channel 1
Capacitive buttons enabled on all the above pots, touch on top for instant high-mid-low kill
Deck A filter: 47, channel 1
Deck A monitor cue on: 13, channel 1
Deck B gain: 7, channel 2
Deck B high adjust: 9, channel 2
Deck B mid adjust: 10, channel 2
Deck B low adjust: 11, channel 2
Capacitive buttons enabled on all the above pots, touch on top for instant high-mid-low kill
Deck B filter: 47, channel 2
Deck B monitor cue on: 13, channel 2
Browser:
Browse knob enabled
Deck A load selected track: 38, channel 1
Deck B load selected track: 38 channel 2
Only browser on (i.e. minimise decks, show list): 34
FX:
FX Unit 1 has been assigned to channel 1/Deck A.
FX Unit 1 select: 45, left side
FX Unit 1 dry/wet: 43 (first knob), left side
FX Unit 1 Knob 3: 43 (second knob), left side
FX Unit 1 unit on: 42 (first button), left side
FX Unit 1 Button 2: 42 (second button), left side
FX Unit 2 has been assigned to channel 2/Deck B.
FX Unit 2 select: 45, left side
FX Unit 2 dry/wet: 43 (first knob), left side
FX Unit 2 Knob 3: 43 (second knob), left side
FX Unit 2 unit on: 42 (first button), left side

- What doesn't work

None of the LCD stuff works (yet)

Cues/Auto/Loop/Sampler/Slicer/Parameter Adjust buttons:
I don't use most of these so I'm afraid I haven't mapped these to anything.
