Tested on: Traktor Scratch Pro 2.60

SHIFT+ON (left) turns on/off flux mode for Deck A
SHIFT+ON (right) turns on/off flux mode for Deck A

In hotcue mode whilst deck is in stopped state:
Press a deck A hotcue and keep held + deck A FX2 to start deck 'playing'
Press a deck B hotcue and keep held + deck B FX1 to start deck 'playing'

Every item in controller manager I changed has a comment by it so it is easy to see which entries I have changed - should help the learning process for others trying to learn about mappings

I would have preferred using the centre hotcue mode toggle button to start playable, but found no way to map to it :-(
