Recommend to delete previous "device"s in "Controller Manager"

Changes in current upload and why:
-changed pitch bend to gain (min adjust) for better gain control
-changed tap button to FX Unit On to activate FX on each deck
Rest is pretty much untouched
Confirmed VU meter and touch sensor works with Traktor 3
