Traktor Step Sequencer (Deck D) for A&H Xone:K2

This is just a small update from the great  and nice job made by Oliver.

I just made a little complement on the base mapping  just in order to suit my need in my set up congiguration.

So, what are these updates:

- Right down button: a Shift button

- Left down button:  now acting  as Play & Activate the sequencer (light green as a play button)

- The original play button (top right switch)  of Oliver initial mapping is now the SYNC button and lighting orange

-The right encoder :

- search in the track list and open browser view for more comfortable search 

 - push this encoder will  load the selected remix set and go back to deck view.

-Shift (right down switch) + right encorder:  search in the tree list and push it  for  expand/collapse folders.

-The left encoder:  Scrolling trough sample pages and go back to deck view  whan you are in browser view.

So that's mean  that 99% of the mapping is stay at the original version, wich is the main and more complex part to set, the sequencer part. i didn't modify anithing in that section, it works great already.

-       Swing Amount

For slots 1 to 4 (deck D) =>

-       Slot Volume Adjust

-       Select Step Sequencer Matrix, slot 1 to 4
