X1 MK1 - STEMS (2 decks) 1.0
Description and Instructions
This mapping for controlling stems is based on layers, this means that it gives the possibility to access all of the stems' controls without compromising the default mapping.
Walkthrough (for 1 deck, same on the other side obv):
- as soon as you load the mapping you'll notice that when playing a song the "<BEAT" is blinking; this means that you're on layer 1 (the default mapping).
- Press "Shift+Play" and you'll access the 2nd layer ("IN" blinking) with the volume and kill switches. (knob 3 is slot 1, knob 2 is slot 2, knob 1 is slot 3 and D/W is slot 4 - same for buttons).
- Press again "Shift+Play" and in the 3rd layer("OUT" blinking) you'll find filter controls, with the same layout as layer 2.
- Another time "Shift+Play" and you are on fx controls (4th layer, a lot of blinking, again same layout); if you hold "shift" you can change the effects's parameters and on/off buttons (same as the default mapping). In this way you can quickly make parameter changes and rapidly go back to the stem's fx controls.
- Again "Shift+Play" and you're at layer 1.
On each layer you can still control Play/Stop, hotcues, beatjump, sync etc etc (with the exception of the fx parameters and buttons on layer 2 and 3)
This is version 1.0 , in 1.1 there will be "Split Mode" so that you could control Volumes and Filters (Or FX and their parameters) using both left and right controls (if I manage to do that :/ )

if you load the mapping the Beat and cup/abs buttons are blinking and it doesnt react at all ?? can you help me ?
