Here's a mapping for the MF3D that follows Mad Zach's conventions -- I'm using colors to indicate  button groupings -- red for the drum kit, blue for the dubstep sounds, red for the built, etc.  The colors are the same on the first two banks which allows bank switching while retaining button grouping colors.
