This is my personal mapping of NI Maschine to use with Traktor 2.5 for CUE point juggling, Effects Unit and control of Decks C/D (Sorry not for the new Remix Decks). This Mapping also contains control of the Loop Recorder. ALL with MIDI Lighting...

This mapping will be most beneficial for someone who has a DJ controller for Decks A/B as well as NI Maschine and wants to do any or all of what was stated in the first paragraph. This is somewhat based on DJ Shiftee's mapping idea (http://illrandomlounge.blogspot.com/2012/03/dj-shiftees-traktor-maschine-tutorial.html) but what I felt I would benefit from.

The Bank buttons will allow you to choose in order:

Bank A: All 8 hot cues for Decks A/B
Bank B: All 8 hot cues for Decks C/D
Bank C: Effect Activate, Effect Button Control
Bank D: Loop Control for all 4 decks. Activate, Loop Size < & >, Out 

The Knob Pages will allow you to choose in order:

Page 1: Control of Mixer knobs for Decks C/D (Low, Med, High, Gain)
Page 2: Combo Effects for Effects 1/3 & 2/4
Page 3: Control of Effects 1/2
Page 4: Control of Effects 3/4
Please not that this mapping was set up for 4 single Effect no groupings

Several other things have been mapped to control cue, play, faders, key, sync, monitor etc... of Decks 3/4 as well as Loop Recorder functions. but not every single button was mapped for something. Play around and get a feel. 

Sorry for no tutorial or if this mapping resembles anyone else's. No malice intended just trying to share some hard work.
