An improved mapping for the Behringer CMD PL-1.

You will need to go in and make sure that the effects are set correctly, just sort by comments and those will tell you what the effect should be for that mapping.

Load up Common mapping for each controller. Left and Right mappings are for FX1 and FX2, accordingly.

Notes:

- The flux button flashes when in effect.

- The LED under the loop knob will light up when loop mode is active, and flash when the track is in an active loop.

- Stop build FX turns FX buttons off, making the effect tail off naturally.

- LED under fine pitch knob lights up when pitch is at 0.0%

- Track end warning on Beat jump buttons at last 20% of the track.
