*New features:
+ Select/Set+Store or Delete Hotcues by holding HOTCUE or DEL. HC and pressing pads (1-8 for each deck)
+ The knob works by holding down desired function and scrolling.
+ Function buttons are:
-FOLDER (push [enter] to expand/collapse folders)
-TRACKS
-TEMPO (Set master tempo)
-MOVE A & B (Scroll tracks)
-LOOP A & B (set loop size for each deck).

*This is a updated version of my previous Mikro 2 & 4 Deck mappings.
I re-mapped it to use only 1 Knob Page, 1 Pad Page and 1 MIDI Channel.
Instead i used modifiers (shift buttons) to map the knob and pads for optimized live performance!
